The Governors have so far met all the costs of the work outlined in this brochure from the charity's funds. Other almshouses under the management of the Governors have also been brought to an acceptable level. Regrettably, the costs of current building work have grown out of all proportion to the original endowments and we must now seek funding from the community, both in Oxfordshire and beyond, to complete the work already in progress. The comfort and safety of all our residents is paramount.
The provision of almshouses is part of our history and you can help preserve this fine example of local beneficence. Please make a donation so that we can finish the task. The money will be applied to the work described here and to any other refurbishment of all the properties maintained by the Governors.

Corporate Donations

So for a company paying corporation tax at 33%, the actual cost of a gift worth £5,000 to the Appeal could be only £3,350.
