The Governors' Consulting Civil and Structural Engineers have assessed that this high, retaining wall "could fail without further warning signs", causing injury to residents and properties. It is also a hideously unsightly intrusion, taking up almost half the gardens, denying the residents the possession and enjoyment of this amenity.
After a long struggle the Governors have finally gained the knowledge, consents and permissions required to make the wall good.
Financially, it is beyond them.
